Our full-service catering option includes globally inspired buffet stations, each themed to fit a different part of the world. Each station is expertly crafted to give your guests an abundance of flavor and a variety of options.
These fully assembled stations span the globe, providing everything from Far East Fusion to food plucked right from the classic American ballpark. You can choose from cozy fare inspired by the Italian countryside, light Mediterranean mezze, or build-your-own tacos from the Baja Coast!
Of course, our menu wouldn’t be complete without our Sushi Station from our signature restaurant, Beyond Sushi.
With vegan takes on traditional and customary sushi, our fish-free station, includes delicious options like:
- Ube Crunch: White rice, crunchy ube, avocado, pickled cucumber, enoki and smoked oyster mushrooms, green shiso, sweet chili soy sauce
- Rainbow Roll: White Rice, “tuna,” zalmon, gobo, cucumber, avocado, pickled red cabbage, dill, hijiki and lemon zest, topped with a smoked pepper sauce
